Ingredients

1 box Cinnamon Chip Swirl Beer Bread Mix
355 mL beer (or any carbonated beverage)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
¼ cup liquid honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Prepare Cinnamon Chip Swirl Beer Bread Mix and bake according to package directions. Cool before slicing or use day old bread. Mix yogurt and honey and set aside, combine brown sugar with cinnamon and set aside. Place bread in a toaster to toast or place multi pieces on a cookie sheet, brush with butter and toast in the oven. Place warm toast on individual serving plates; top with strawberries, a drizzle of yogurt/honey mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar/cinnamon mixture.
